Hampton Inn and Suites

Tulsa, Oklahoma

$17 million | 87,000 sq. ft. | Completed in 2016

The nine-story, 125-room hotel is positioned at the intersection of 3rd Street and Cheyenne Avenue in the heart of downtown Tulsa, fulfilling the need for hotel space for guests of the adjacent BOK Center, local businesses, and tourists. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, fitness room, meeting rooms, board room, and breakfast area to accommodate guests.

The site for the building was positioned on an existing parking lot and required extensive site work to install two underground vaults for the transformers and natural gas generator. The first floor is clad with modular brick that rises 18’ to the second floor. For floors two through nine, the building consists primarily of exterior insulation finishing system. On the front elevation of the building, a modular thin-brick system was used up the center of the building to complement the modular masonry cladding the first floor.

The fitness center area of the building was furnished with cardio machines, weights, and other standard equipment. The indoor saltwater swimming pool is 350 sq. ft. and holds 11,000 gallons. The pool and surrounding space are ADA compliant.
